Liz & Sam - Wedding

Liz and Sam got married in Gainsville's Sweetwater Inn Bed and Breakfast.

Liz and Sam are such a cute couple, and I loved the extra details they put into making their wedding their own! Liz walked down the aisle to a live banjo duo, they gave away little jars of maple syrup as favors.. During the reception, Liz's brother's band played Greatful Dead's 'They Love Eachother' for the first dance, and then a folk band took over and taught the guests how to do a couple dances. It was such a hit; The guests just loved it! Even their exit was special.. On their own tandem bicycle!

Megan & Mike - Wedding

I love watching couples' different takes on weddings! Megan and Mike wed aboard a two story yacht decked out in Tiki attire.. The top floor looked like a beach, complete with palm trees and cabanas! Their guests danced the night away barefoot on sand, and the weather was just perfect. It was so cool being on the boat and passing the Miami skyline. What a reception!

Leanna!

Leanna was an incredible model! That was such a relief to Nate and I, since this was our very first senior portrait session. Other than my sister's impromptu sessions, of course! (I'm pretty sure Amelia just uses us for her MySpace pictures!)

Leanna was such a natural in front of the camera, and the whole session just felt so easy. In the midst of wedding season, it was such a nice break to do something different!

Thayne & Erika - Day Shoot!

Just a few pictures from Thayne and Erika's day engagement shoot when they came to visit over Easter weekend!

Marielys & Anthony!

We're shooting Marielys and Anthony's wedding this summer, and after this session, we absolutely cannot wait! After reading the blog and seeing our gallery pictures, Marielys really wanted to do her engagement photos at Disney's Boardwalk. We always love working there, because there's such a variety of backgrounds to play with! This time, we found this hill covered in ivy, and as soon as we set them up, they worked it like no other. Nate got one of my all-time favorite engagement photos on this hill.. I only wish we could do a bridal session there!

Marielys and Anthony, you guys were the best, and we're so excited for your wedding!! Happy planning! :)

Jenny & Steve

You might remember Jennifer and Steve from their awesome engagement session at the Grand Floridian! Jenny is one of the most genuinely beautiful people I've ever met - Inside and out. Her parents were so warm towards us all day and really let us feel like we were family!

They had their ceremony at Leu Gardens, and the reception in their church ballroom. They were both so laid back the whole day; It really made shooting a pleasure! Anyway... I had way too many favorites to pick from, so enjoy a bunch from Jennifer & Steve's wedding day!
