We shot Marysa and Bruno's engagement session at her parents' home, where their sunset ceremony will also take place this November! Marysa and Bruno were such a sweet couple to work with, and I'm really looking forward to the wedding!
Jenn and Curtiss were referred to us by the fabulous Tracy of Eventfully Yours! If you're looking for the best wedding coordinator, Tracy's your girl! (Tracy and her assistant are featured in the first picture below).
Anyway, while most brides are slightly stressed during the week of their wedding, Jenn had just a few things on her plate... Due to a problem with her Visa (she's Canadian), she and Curtiss weren't 100% sure they'd even be able to have a legal ceremony! Everything got ironed out, thankfully enough, and two days before the wedding, Jenn was on a red eye flight to Florida. I've never seen a calmer couple on their wedding day! With everything they went through that week, they were just happy to be getting married. :)
The wedding went off without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier for the bride and groom!

On another note, Nate and I are on our way to South Carolina for a couple of days, but we'll still be answering phone calls and emails.
Ahh! I have so much to blog about! We LOVE shooting friends' weddings!! It was so much fun being a part of Kaley & Mitch's big day. I've heard some people tell me how hard it must be to shoot a friend's wedding and have to be working all day, but the truth is, it's like getting a backstage pass to the day! We're able to spend almost every second with the bride and groom.
Kaley and Mitch, thanks for the honor! Family game night soon! :)
Mari and Anthony got married at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL. It was the first time I'd ever been to the hotel, but Nathan and I are really looking forward to some possible engagement shoots there in the future!!
Marielys made a gorgeous bride, and both she and Anthony were on cloud 9 all day! They got married in the St. Augustine Fort near the center of the hotel. I just loved how her pink and orange roses popped in front of the gray backdrop the fort provided.
Congratulations, you guys!!! Can't wait to see you again soon. :)
