Ashley & Bob - Engagement (and new blog look!!!)

How do you guys like the new look?! The couple featured on the header and footer is Nate's best friend Thayne, and his beautiful wife Erika. (Sorry you're head's cut off up top, Erika!) Anyway.. Their Tennessee wedding will more than likely be my NEXT post, so stay tuned. :)

Below are some of my favorite shots from Ashley and Bob's engagement session a few days ago. They were so cute with their coordinating outfits.. I loved it! We met Ashley through our friend Nick.. They both go to Rollins together and actually did a business analysis project on Root Photography. We were so happy Ashley picked us to capture her wedding day.. In 2008!

Thanks for everything, Ashley and Bob! We'll see you next year! :)

Amelia & Laura - BFF Shootout :)

My little sister is such a ham when it comes to photos of herself. I think she just uses me for MySpace pictures!!

Anyway, Nate and I had a couple new locations we wanted to try out, so we called Amelia, who brought along her best friend.. A REAL ballerina! We did some shots of her at the end of the session in full tutu attire and everything. It was SO much fun walking down Park Avenue and watching people's reactions. :) My favorite shot of the day is the one of her feet with the 'No Dancing' sign below her. Total and utter coincidence!

Teresa & Joshua - Wedding

Teresa and Josh are such an adorable couple, and their wedding was no different! Unfortunately, a tropical storm blew through Tampa the morning of the wedding, so the ceremony was moved indoors. When the storm had passed, though, we were left with such a vibrant blue sky and these massive clouds. When you mix strong wind with a gorgeous bride, you just can't go wrong!

Nathan and I just got back from shooting his best friend's wedding in Tennessee, my homestate! We're trying to catch up on everything, so until I have a chance to sit down and blog about THAT wedding, enjoy some shots from one of my favorite sessions.. Meet Baby J! <3

Natalie & Paul - Wedding

Natalie is Rob's little sister, and we were so excited she and Paul chose to go with us.. We just love that family! It's especially fun to shoot a wedding when you know a guest or two. :)

Natalie & Paul got married in Paradise Cove, which ended up being such a fun, colorful location to play with! They decided to see eachother beforehand which we always love, and then spent the 45 minutes before the ceremony on a boat with the bridal party! The wedding was so much fun.. They even had a cigar roller on-site.
